Clean hotel with excellent location and friendly staff. Great breakfast with attentive and friendly service. Conveniently located near Paradiso for concert guests. Easy access to main attractions by walking or bus.

Felt very welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

The location of the hotel was ideal: near the main museums and attractions, with a tram station and plenty of good restaurants nearby. The breakfast offered good value for money, and the staff were generally helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy, with large windows providing good views of the surrounding area.

One of the facilities offered by the hotel was not up to standard.

Stayed here with my boyfriend and everything was very good. The staff was pleasant and efficient, the breakfast offered was gorgeous with plenty of food.

I stayed here 2 nights and I liked it. Peaceful and handy location close to Museum Quarter. The buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price was sensational!

The location was fantastic, right by the Van Gogh museum and with good transport links. Our room was clean and the breakfast was good value. Although there was a minor hiccup with the Nespresso machine, the staff fixed it straight away. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect, efficient staff, stunning location near tram stop as well as a supermarket. Straightforward hotel, lovely, fashionable rooms with the bed taking all space.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was opposite a tram station and near all the museums, allowing us to easily access all the tourist attractions the city has to offer. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were great. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and a real bargain. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our bags after checkout so we could explore more of the city.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. the beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. the hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions, making it easy to get around and explore the city.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was quite dim, making it difficult to see properly. the heating system was inadequate and didn't warm up the room properly, leaving it a bit chilly.

The hotel is situated in a great area, close to the Museum Park and surrounded by designer shops, making it perfect for exploring and enjoying the sights. The rooms are cozy and clean, with all the basic amenities provided. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the room decor, featuring beautiful Van Gogh pictures. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Minor improvements could be made, but overall, everything was satisfactory.
